The Row chair is extruded from 100% recycled plastic. As such, the colour expression, colour distribution, and texture will differ from chair to chair. As the colour is achieved through sporadically introducing pigment to the extruder, each chair is to be considered a one-off in terms of its unique colour expression. These variations should be considered indicators of provenance; confirmation that each piece is entirely unique. To ensure as much cohesion as possible, all desired units of a single colour should be included in one order.

We ship on Ex Works (EXW), Delivered at Place (DAP), or Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. Under DDP, all duties and import taxes are included and handled by us. Our team is happy to advise on the differences between these options and help you choose the most suitable one for your order. 

Shipping timelines and responsibilities vary depending on the selected term. The shipping terms available are listed below, with a brief explanation of what each option includes. 

Ex Works (EXW) Under Ex Works, the buyer collects the goods directly from our facility and is responsible for all transport, export/import clearance, duties, and taxes from that point onward. 

Delivered at Place (DAP) Under DAP, we arrange delivery to the specified destination, while the buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties, and local taxes upon arrival. 

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Under DDP, we handle the entire process including transport, customs clearance, duties, and import taxes, so the goods are delivered fully cleared to the agreed destination. 

Packaging

All of our products are shipped in heavy-duty cardboard packaging with reinforced corner protection, designed to keep every piece safe in transit. For certain products, wooden crating is used.

Does the Row chair come in one piece? 
​ For efficient shipping, the Row chair is delivered in four parts. They can be easily assembled by fastening the included bolts. 

Can Row chairs be used as outdoor furniture?
We recommend using Row Chairs indoors. Long-term exposure to direct UV light and weather conditions may affect the pigments and finish. 
  

Is the Row chair stackable? 
No, the Chubby Chair is not stackable.

Can we order a color once it is out of the collection?
Generally, you can order discontinued colors for up to 3–5 years. However, due to the use of reclaimed synthetics, slight color variations may occur over time.  

I have received my Row chair, and I see horizontal stripes/cut in the material. Is this normal?
What you are seeing is the end of the production line. Every Row chair has these details, and unfortunately it cannot be avoided as part of the manufacturing process.
