Does the Chubby Chair come in one piece? 
​ For efficient shipping, the Chubby Chair is delivered in two parts: the top and the bottom/legs. Both parts can be easily assembled by fastening four included hex bolts (hex key not included, size #7).

Can Chubby Chairs be used as outdoor furniture?
We recommend using Chubby Chairs indoors. Long-term exposure to direct UV light and weather conditions may affect the pigments and finish.

Can we order a color once it is out of the collection?
Generally, you can order discontinued colors for up to 3–5 years. However, due to the use of reclaimed synthetics, slight color variations may occur over time.  

Worldwide shipping is available. To ensure the best service, we work with different shipping partners depending on your country of residence. 

We ship on Ex Works (EXW), Delivered at Place (DAP), or Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. Under DDP, all duties and import taxes are included and handled by us. Our team is happy to advise on the differences between these options and help you choose the most suitable one for your order. 

Shipping timelines and responsibilities vary depending on the selected term. The shipping terms available are listed below, with a brief explanation of what each option includes. 

Ex Works (EXW) Under Ex Works, the buyer collects the goods directly from our facility and is responsible for all transport, export/import clearance, duties, and taxes from that point onward. 

Delivered at Place (DAP) Under DAP, we arrange delivery to the specified destination, while the buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties, and local taxes upon arrival. 

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Under DDP, we handle the entire process including transport, customs clearance, duties, and import taxes, so the goods are delivered fully cleared to the agreed destination. 

Packaging

All of our products are shipped in heavy-duty cardboard packaging with reinforced corner protection, designed to keep every piece safe in transit. For certain products, wooden crating is used.

What power outlet options are available?
Our lamps are available with EU, UK, US, and AU plug types as standard. If you are ordering directly through our team, please let us know which plug type you require when placing your order.

Is the Accrete lamp dimmable?
Yes, there is a brass tactile knob on the top module that allows you to turn the lamp on, increase and decrease the brightness, and turn it on and off. ​ 

How do I dim the Accrete lamp? 

Short touch: switch the lamp on/off. Press and hold: adjust the brightness. Release the button when you reach the desired brightness. The lamp remembers the last brightness level and returns to it when switched on.

Why can’t I switch the lamp on/off after dimming it to the lowest setting? 

At the lowest dimming level, the short-touch on/off function is disabled. Press and hold the button to increase the brightness. Once the lamp is bright enough, you can use a short touch to switch it off or on.

Can I adjust the light temperature?
The light temperature can't be changed. We use 2700K LED, which results in a 2200K emittance.

 
Is the Accrete lamp suitable for outdoor use?
No, the Accrete is not suitable for use outdoors.
