Private Clients 

Private clients can choose between Delivered at Place (DAP) and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), depending on the destination. 

Trade Clients 

Trade clients can choose between Delivered at Place (DAP), Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and Ex Works (EXW), depending on the destination and order requirements. 

Shipping Methods 

• Delivered at Place (DAP)

We arrange transport to the agreed destination. The buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties and local taxes upon arrival. 

• Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) 

We arrange the complete delivery process, including transport, customs clearance, duties and import taxes. The goods are delivered fully cleared to the agreed destination. 

• Ex Works (EXW) - Only available for Trade Clients​

The goods are made available for collection at our premises. The buyer is responsible for arranging transport and for all costs and responsibilities from collection onwards, including export and import clearance, duties and taxes, where applicable.

Packaging 

All of our products are shipped in heavy-duty cardboard packaging with reinforced corner protection, designed to keep every piece safe in transit. For certain products, wooden crating is used.
