The Chubby is extruded from recycled plastic base material and pigments. As such, the color expression, color distribution, and texture will differ from chair to chair. As the color is achieved through sporadically introducing pigment to the extruder, each chair is to be considered a one-off in terms of its unique color expression. These variations should be considered indicators of provenance; confirmation that each piece is entirely unique. To ensure as much cohesion as possible, all desired units of a single color should be included in one order.
Although the chair is completely printed, human actions are still very important.
